MITCHELL S. HALSEY, PE

Mr. Halsey has over eighteen years experience in geotechnical engineering specializing in coal refuse slurry impoundment design, and landslide investigations and repairs. Experience includes planning, designing, regulatory agency interaction, and construction monitoring. He also has worked in the construction industry for two years, with experience in field engineering and developing complex quantity tracking systems and cost analyses.
