· Twenty four years of experience as an environmental and construction engineering geologist on various projects including environmental site investigations, waste disposal facilities, pipelines, road construction, and foundation systems.
· Responsible for technical guidance, construction management, scheduling, quality control, contracts, report review and invoicing for multi-disciplined projects.
· Mining industry experience includes; grout curtains; subsidence studies; inclinometer, extensometer and pressure cell transducer installations; vane shear and piston sampling of fine coal refuse; robot-assisted pipe deflection monitoring; down hole camera; pressure testing; dye traces; etc.
· Technical Services Manager for a group of eighteen professionals and technicians from 1991 to 1992.
· Senior project manager/engineering geologist for a geotechnical investigation in Kentucky involving a Superfund Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study.
· Project geologist/field services coordinator for over two years on a risk assessment/remedial response for a train derailment in Middle Tennessee later included in the State Superfund Voluntary Assistance Program.
· Manager of field services for a group of professionals and technicians from 1996 to present.
· Took leave-of-absence to work independently for the US Air Force through SEI Group, Inc., to investigate groundwater resources in Jordan in October 2002.
