Mr. Bazzie has over 36 years of experience as an engineering technician. His responsibilities include QA/QC construction monitoring on coal refuse disposal dams, freshwater dams, multi-story buildings, and numerous site grading projects. He is experienced as an onsite project manager and safety officer; responsible for writing progress reports, maintaining and coordinating construction work schedules.
